Please inform Studio Grasse Centre in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests can choose to bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them at the property at an extra EUR 15 per stay. The package includes sheets, 2 large towels, pillowcases and 2 small towels. Please note that the street which leads to the studio is located on a slope. Guests are kindly requested to leave the studio as clean as they found it, otherwise a EUR 20 cleaning fee may apply. Managed by a private host
