Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è giusto. La posizione è molto buona. La struttura è attrezzata quasi di tutto (stoviglie, asciugamani, lenzuola, pentole, ecc.).

Il rubinetto del bagno ha un getto dell’acqua minimo. Sistema di raffreddamento (pinguino con collegamento esterno) non correttamente funzionante: noi abbiamo portato il ventilatore da casa. Cuscini del divanoletto non adeguati. La tenda della doccia si presenta sporca. Battiscopa deteriorato (seguono fotografie). Inoltre spesso abbiamo riscontrato problemi con l’ascensore.
