Staff was friendly and was flexible with accommodating to odd check in time

The place is very dusty

The location was great

One pair of bath linen even if reservation was for 2; super hard to open and close the main door. Multiple times we thought we had been closed in/out of the house. The bathroom is not properly separated from the rest as it’s an open space, therefore the shower is at the same time in the kitchen and bedroom

Only 15m to the beach and the Palais, easy to reach. The landlord was super responsive by mail and very accomodating with my requests for date changes.

Smaller and less clean than on pictures, but my most worry was about safety, as more than once I saw strangers looking into the room (I was on the first floor) and once someone even knocked on my door at 1am. Nothing happened on my 6 nights there, but some extra locks could help.

Host has been incredibly helpful and quick in answering all my questions. Apartment comes spotless and very clean. Great location, safe and close to amenities (palace, train station, etc.). Great price for value!
