The room was clean and comfortable.

Room was smaller than appeared on the website. While booking, it is not possible to figure on which floor the room being booked is located. Mine was on the ground floor with windows opening onto the street, so had to be kept shut most of the time. The major issue though was poor/no internet connectivity. Despite several phone calls and messages with the owner/manager the problem was not fixed. I was not able to complete my work because of this problem. Before booking I had specified that I needed high speed internet connectivity because I was visiting for a business trip and the owner had assured me of it.

Location is great. Apartment is clean. Nice jaccuzi. Spacious. Friendly staff. Seamless check in check out

Only thing is that for the duplex unit, it can be a bit hot during summer (heat coming directly from the roof) and the cold air from the air conditioner cannot get to the upper floor. Recommend owner to install another air conditioner upstairs or a fan would be great.

Comfort of the studio. A lot of space.

Location. I didn t feel secure at night. The apart is in a deteriorated area.

The quick answers from the owner to any question we had. The fact that the place was as great as described. Perfect location for Avignon.

Excellent location for exploring Avignon old city.

Cleanliness.

It’s literally in the street, ground floor. Probably it was a shop so it has the “window” for the whole wall and people passing by can see you. There is also a humidity smell and linen were not dried properly. I would suggest a humidifier at least. Not such a good area of Avignon and definitely not good price. You should have a panoramic picture of the room so people can see the reality.

Very lovely place in Avignon. The room is as beautiful as it is shown on the photo. Well-equipped and close to everything, including supermarket. I wish to stay longer here.

Central location, but peaceful. The spa jacuzzi was lovely.

The stairs were a bit precarious, the smell coming from the sink and the chairs could have been more comfortable.

Amazing property, had both an email and WhatsApp to gain access. Very close to the centre beautiful restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the castle. Came in on motorcycles, and there was parking in the little tiny square. A beautiful place to stay in a very beautiful city and if you like your wines only a 20 minute drive to Chateauneuf de Pape.
