Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. Please inform Instant-Léman in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in is possible with the entrance code. Guests will receive this entrance code by e-mail. Check-in before 16:00 is possible for a EUR 5 supplement and check-out after 11:00 is possible for a EUR 9 supplement. . Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance and are subject to property approval. Please note that 2 small cats or dogs can be accommodate upon request and for an extra charge of EUR 13 per night by animal (max 2 animals) A travel cot, a high chair, a baby-changing table and a baby bath can be provided upon request and free of charge if the baby is included in the maximum occupancy of the property. A shared car park is available free of charge, according to availability. In the event that the car park is full, 2 other car parks are available within 100 metres of the property.
