Please inform Bourgarel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 200 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note that the prepayment must be sent by cheque or bank transfer. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 30 is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the apartment yourself. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent on site for EUR 20 per 2 people.
