The location was great for all things Christmas Market related. We were a quick 8-minute walk to Little Venice and there are so many Christmas Markets around the town! The apartment was very comfortable. We had the 3rd story apartment and there isn't a lift, but we knew this ahead of time and only took the luggage we would need - the rest stayed in the car. Communication with the host was perfect. We were able to chat back and forth regarding check-in time, details for getting into the apartment, and where parking was. I was happy she told us about the parking garage that was only 3 euros for 24 hours. Otherwise, parking near the apartment would have been pretty costly. The apartment had everything we needed for our overnight stay. I would highly recommend these accommodations!

Not that they were a deal-breaker by any means - we absolutely loved the stay, however, it would have been nice to have instructions on using the oven. Coming from the States, it's a bit different than what we're used to, and even Chat couldn't give us instructions that fit the oven's controls. We managed warming up our late-night snack, just took a bit longer. Also, the parking garage is a good 10-minute walk with uneven streets and sidewalks. Parking closer to the apartment is available, however, much more costly.

Le lenzuola e o unico appunto erano veramente pessime, per una struttura così poi proprio un peccato perdersi per le lenzuola

La literie est bonne c’est cosy et en plein centre-ville

Les escaliers attention il s’agit d’un appartement au 3 eme sans ascenseur et avec des escaliers où il faut avoir été chèvre dans une autre vie😉
