This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Key collection for stays of 1 to 6 nights: - Arrival at 17:00 - Departure at 10:00 Reception opening hours: Friday and Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00 Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00 Please note that these reception hours can be subject to change. Please contact the residence before arrival for more specific information. The free cleaning kit includes 1 sponge, 1 mop, 1 bottle of multi-use product, 1 dishcloth and 1 bottle of washing up liquid. The free bed linen package includes a bed sheet, duvet cover and pillow case. End-of-stay housekeeping is included in the price according to the accommodation (except the kitchen). Please note that you will have to clean the kitchen yourself. Please not that any modification may incur a fee. Please note that as of September 2021 the swimming pool and the roof of the property will be under important refurbishment for a period of two months and half approximately. Those refurbishment might cause noise and visual disturbances.
