GBLocation is good, it is about a 15 minute walk from Union Square. There is a lift, which makes things much easier when working with shopping/suitcases etc. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are lovely and the flat was in a peaceful location - you can hear the traffic nearby if the windows are open but otherwise it is fine.
This flat is not on the bus route but it is a very easy walk to Union Square, all on the level - I use a walking stick and had no problems.
