The Coach house, onsite free parking

The apartment was in a lovely setting and perfect for access to Ilfracombe. It had everything we needed and was very clean and the parking provided was just outside the property. We had a great stay.

Unfortunately there is a slight smell of damp as you enter the property but this is only in the entrance hall and once you climb the stairs to the accommodation you can no longer smell it. Didn’t think the single bed was comfortable, to hard but that’s personal choice.

The location, the fact that it was a solid building which meant that we couldn't hear anyone else around. The view from the lounge was brilliant, location to the marina and the major shops make this a perfect location.

Just the sink tap in the bathroom could have been a mixer tap as the hot water was to hot for the kids.

Immaculately presented. Milk in the fridge on arrival for a much needed cup of tea, plus scones, cream and jam. Lovely large bedrooms. Memory foam mattress in the twin room, very comfortable. Downstairs utility was useful for us too.

The main bedroom bed was too hard for me, would be nice to have memory foam like the twin room.

Clean, very spacious, great location. Scones with cream and jam on arrival were delicious.
