Sea View flat 4 fast WIFI & FREE parking

Great location and a fantastic view. Good heating. Pet free. Free parking.

The property was not maintained properly at all. It lacked many essentials to be considered a "holiday flat." Numerous untidy aspects detracted from the holiday feel and the flat was absolutely worn out. It was too small for four people, and the bathroom was inconveniently tiny. We never saw any pictures of the bathroom, which had a terrible door and poor cleanliness. The bathroom silicone was mouldy, the walls had mould, and the door frame looked awful. The owners haven't invested in making the place look nicer. The windows were disgusting, mouldy, and had spider webs in some areas. Poor ventilation caused the windows to mist up quickly, ruining the sea view we were there for. The ladder of the bunk bed was too thin and sharp-edged, making it uncomfortable to climb. The bunk beds were not suitable for adults size-wise. The carpet was dirty and old, and the previous sink/basin location was unprofessionally covered with no decoration suitable for a holiday flat. One of the drawers was broken, and there was dust around the bed lamps. I doubt the fire alarm was functional given its worn-out appearance, posing a safety risk. We felt like we were in a very old house with no maintenance. Overall, it was NOT a holiday flat and gave us a bad holiday experience. The owners are just taking advantage of the location and view with no investment in the flat itself. We could stay in another much cleaner flat for the same price, but we only chose here as it was pet free.

Clean, comfortable, warm, decent decor, everything we needed for a self catering stay. The view of the sea was fabulous! Great value for money, would stay again.

Personally, I would suggest a clock on the wall in the room and linen that fit the bed & duvet ;) NOT deal breakers though!

Front door lock wasn't working. Got locked in. In all fairness the owner did get it sorted as soon as she could. Flat was very tired, needs alot of updating. Not very clean. Tub chair stained and not been hoovered. Carpet not hoovered and the bathroom was very small, tired and lighting dim.Flat upstairs was very noisy so didn't get much sleep. Definitely not worth £248 for 2 nights.
