Lovely location and everything we needed

Convenient for our requirements, clean and tidy well proportioned.

The shower over the bath is awkward for the older generation, especially as the shower door did not open to allow room to get in.

Location fabulous as visiting family in birkdale...quiet location hardly heard any noise only from road as on busy junction...apartment well equipped and clean..great for us and would definitely use again

Maybe remove the 2 seater sofa and replace with a small.table and chairs so you have somewhere to eat that does not involve using a tray or hunching over a coffee table... Also would prefer a power shower as off taps can be unpredictable with heat and flow

Great location. Bed was very comfortable. Lounge furniture nice. Good size apartment.

No table for eating, maybe provide lap trays if not providing a table as others have made the same comment. Parking space a little awkward.

Ideal location for Southport, Formby, Crosby and Birkdale. Accommodation was of a high quality. Nigel and Emma were very approachable, and made sure everything was OK. The apartment is situated in lovely surroundings.

Only issue was when people in the flat above used their washing machine, especially on Spin Cycle, the whole apartment vibrated. Aware that not a lot could be done about this, and assume the flat below would have had the same issue if the washing machine in apartment 5 was used.

Location

No dining table. We were there for ten days. Eating standing up! Bedding was more suited for an arctic winter. There was no option but to use a very heavy duvet. As we were there for ten days, we would have expected a change of bedding and towels. The non-stick coating on the frying pans was badly damaged. One was so bad it should have been thrown out.

Perfect for my stay in Birkdale visiting friends. Other residents in the block were very friendly.
