Great location. Quiet suburban area. Secure off-road designated parking. Fitted out and decorated to a high standard. Good communications with owners. Complimentary tea & coffee sachets very welcome.

Lack of any dining table and chairs - in a sizeable flat a real downside. TV restricted to BBC only for some reason (could be user error). Awkward cupboard to get at heating controls. A combined bath and shower is normally a real selling point, and something we always look for, but a fixed shower screen meant awkward access to taps.

All rooms were lovely.

some noise from the flat above ( although not at unsociable hours which was a positive). No extra bedding/ could have included a few other kitchen bits.

there was nothing i didn’t like about the property buses past the site and only few minutes away from the main town strip!

Spacious and comfortable accommodation

No outside lights on the building. The tenant near the front door has cameras and makes you feel watched when in the car park. The building shakes when washing machines are in use.

Very comfortable bed. Also the lounge settees. Warm sunny apartment. Excellent bathroom facilities. Well supplied kitchen. Very well heated.

We liked everything. Important to know it is upstairs. We are older but thankfully fully mobile.

"Excellent!"

The apartment was really Big with high ceilings, nice & Comfortable. Extremely clean/Quiet & convienient - being a very close drive (4mins) to Royal Birkdale Golf Club. Parking was easy and offroad/secure. Birkdale Village is quaint with a great Restaurant ''Bistro Verite'' . Everything was straight forward with good instructions and only called the Owner ''Nigel) once to ask about heating and he was very helpful. Frankly you couldn't ask for more for the price. Will book again.
