Great location and having parking made it very easy

Excellent location, modern fittings in an old listed building and very comfortable. Parking nearby which was extremely useful.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location, and the bonus of garage 2 min walk away. Very comfortable, everything we needed including the added touch of a pint of milk waiting in the fridge which is such a small touch but massively appreciated. Will never stay anywhere else now when we come to Dartmouth!

The apartment was in a good location, a quiet street but only a minute or two walk to all shops, cafes, harbour. We loved all the old features and everything was lovely and comfortable. Complimentary milk and biscuits were left for us when we arrived. We slept really well and was sad when our weekend stay was over. Will definitely be booking another stay. Many Thanks.

Amazingly characterful building in a great central location.

A shame there's no view of the river, but I knew that before booking and you do tend to pay a premium for properties that do have a view.

Self catering, lots of restaurants and cafe steps away, central location. Apartment was stunning and even better than the pictures show. The front room it’s a stopper, decorated beautifully and in keeping with the period. However, I felt the velvet black mirror didn’t complement it. At all. Sorry,it did kind of bug me. The rest of the apartment was lovely and well thought out. One snagging issue is that the main bedroom door didn’t shut, but that didn’t spoil the experience. A blanket that you can wrap yourself up on the beautiful sofa on chiller nights would have prevented reaching for the thermostat and will probably save you a few pennies, but other than that the facilities were great. Welcome milk and sugar and tea was appreciated. Steps to entrance to apartment was a little steep, but after a couple of times you got used to it. Very quiet area, the noisiest neighbours being the seagulls and the lovely sound of the church bells so very pleasant. Thank you for the dog bed, however, a little moan, it was so comfortable the next day I had to go out and buy a similar one for my dog as he was looking disdainfully at his own when I got back home. All in all, I would definitely stay in the same apartment if we ever came back to that area. I do highly recommend it. Thanks for the stay.

Outside corridor wall a bit damp and was flaking, had a slight smell, but it is a very small observation and didn’t detract from the period building which upkeep must be difficult to maintain pristinely.

The location was better than perfect! Virtually next door to The Cherub Inn & around the coroner from shops etc…

Super appartement, décoré avec beaucoup goût, bien équipé et très bien situé.

The location, and it was very comfortable and very well equipped. The history of the building was interesting and it was very clean and tidy. We only wish we were there longer and we wouldn't hesitate to book again, and would also recommend to family and friends. It felt very homely straight away.

Honestly.... there wasn't anything we didn't like.
