lovely light spacious apartment, good central location, & garage parking space very useful, thank you. Dartmouth is lovely, lots to see & do, & will certainly return to this gem.

Really enjoyable stay - excellent location! Clean, comfortable, character property! As advertised.

Noise from the pubs late at night - wasn’t a problem as such as you could shut the door from the lounge area so bedrooms were quiet. But noisy if in the lounge.

Beautiful property. Living area windows had a wow factor. Main bedroom was large and bed was extremely comfortable. Quirky and well positioned in the centre. Fabulous atmosphere during the Regatta. Would definitely stay again!

Shame the sofas have not been looked after. They were too much on the ‘dirty’ side for me to feel comfortable sitting on them! Sadly the wrong colour to have for a letting property however people should be more respectful with other peoples property and furniture. This is the only issue we had with the property. We had an amazing couple of days and wished we could have stayed longer. Local people very friendly. We’ll be back again!
