In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the person booking and staying at the apartment must be 25 years old or more. Visitors of the guests are prohibited from entering the apartment and residence building without the prior permission of the property owner. A baby cot and baby bath are provided.
