Exceptionally clean. Spacious, bright, well furnished.

Parking a bit tight but not a problem, it was free! Just need to give yourself time to manoeuvre in/out.

"Handy in Poole and great for Bournemouth site seeing"

The property was spacious and well laid out. Coffee/tea was made available, and the kitchen was well stocked for home cooking. The beds were excellent. The guide book was clear and concise.

Parking was very tight and at times not available in the allocated slot owing to other guests being inconsiderate and parking over their spots into my parking area. Access via the back alley is very tight for cars. The bathroom had no extraction unit. Opening the small window was sometimes problematic as this allowed the neighbour opposite to see inside the bathroom.
