Hilltop Serviced Apartments - Deansgate

The location was perfect, also the provisions in the room ensured we didn't need to go and buy basics such as dishwasher tablets, washing tablets etc - i thought it was very well equipped. The staff were also very responsive & helpful.

Having to pick the keys up from a different location - would be better to get them from the concierge. No AC which is normally fine in Manchester but we didn't expect it to be 30+ degrees. The team did provide fans though which was very thoughtful.

The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because of the check-in and checkout service. I arrived with so many bags at the place only to be told I'm at the wrong place. Now I need to walk somewhere else to get the key? After all that traveling, the last thing I needed was a treasure hunt whilst dragging my suitcase around Manchester. It's poor. Then to leave I can't just leave the keys there, I have to walk to the place with all my luggage. Before I can finally call an Uber to take me to Piccadilly with my bags. It doesn't make sense.

The apartment was clean and in a modern tower, also the staff was amazing they gave us what we asked for. The apartment filled with all the equipment we needed. and they did return the insurance money immediately.

The apartment located near a train station so it is noisy and since we took the apartment in summer we had to open the windows to get some air as there isn’t air condition just a small fan in each room which does nothing. the other thing is there are a lot of alarms in the apartment and so many rules to follow (contract) which made us a bit uncomfortable.
