The owner was there to great us. Just what we expected.

caravan was lovely, well equipped, comfortable and clean

The site was too near to noise from the motorway and the fishing which my husband had come for was disappointing, too much weed to bring the fish in.

Great location. Very convenient as a Lake District pitstop. Carmel kindly agreed to an extension to our original booking. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of fresh towels were provided. Nice books. Nice touch with the chocolate rolls, tea, coffee etc. Thank you.

Hot and cold water alternated in the shower making it very difficult to use. Musty smell at times, so had to keep the windows open mostly. The utensil brush had a lot of hair in it which we accidentally used before realising. But thankfully there was a new cleaning sponge provided which helped. Some of the utensils and cutlery were not very clean.

The freezer was full of ice and needed defrosting as the lid didn’t close properly and food defrosted

The carpets were smelly. Needs cleaning
