"Superb"

The location is really good and close to the centre of Edinburgh with some nice views. The flat itself was very nice and had more than enough space to host us.

Due to being near Haymarket Station the trains are unfortunately fairly loud during the night. However, this only affects the 2 bedrooms nearest the railway and became less noticeable after the first sleep.

"Buckets of room and great views for large family group in Auld Reekie!!!"

Buckets of room for a group of 7 which we were, 3 couples and a single. One double ensuite, one twin ensuite and a main bathroom and shower (all downstairs) and on the first floor of the apartment there is a fabulous big lounge/dining area with views and balconies to front and back (you have a great view of Murrayfield from one side!). Also upstairs there is a utility room with washer, dryer and another WC. The place was clean and communal areas and stairwells were well kept. Access to main door was through an electronic fob kept in a keybox and access to apartment is via door code. All worked fine. There are extra fobs for multiple guests. Hosts were responsive and stayed in contact via messages on the Booking.com app. The apartment complex is only 10 mins from Haymarket which is accessible from airport and city centre by tram, bus and mainline train. There is also a very handy Lidl Supermarket just 5 mins walk away on Dalry Rd.

It's a minor point but when we got to the street we had trouble identifying the correct block of apartments as there is no block number on the main ground floor entrance door itself. The apartment is accessible by stairs only - no lifts - so this apartment wouldn't be suitable for people with mobility issues. Also, one or two pieces of bedroom furniture were past their best but I'm nit-picking here as the apartment served our purposes well overall.
