Dainville Retreat

Good location. Parking very easy and plenty of space. 5 mins drive either direction to Skegness or Ingoldmels. Facilities were very good. Cooker. Fridge. Microwave. Airfryer and all the cutlery and pans etc to go alongside. Plenty of space for 2 people to spend a relaxed time away

Bed duvet could be a little bit thicker and I believe one of the lamps in the bedroom had stopped working/needs new build fitting. Toaster may need replacing at some point soon as was quite stiff to use but other than that not really anything else to mention

Peace and quiet. And the friendly people on site.

Shops quiet far out. Definitely need a car.

Cleaning all areas, this includes the oven tray as it was covered in dirt, underneath the bed. The drain in the shower has an appalling smell as it was clogged.

It's very comfortable and quite homely. Quiet and peaceful . Shop near by if you forget anything plus a co op near by too . Not far into skegness itself, just a short drive . We've stayed here 3 times now at the Dainville lodge/retreat and will stay again ... not a problem. The staff are lovely and helpful, just a phone call away if needed .

Only thing was there were no coat hangers in the bedroom to hang things . ( had some when stayed before tho ) . Slight smell in the bathroom not sure what from . The mat by the entrance door was very slippery could do with a rubber backed one really , as being disabled with a stick found it difficult. But other than that everything was OK. Just a few points .

The booking staff were excellent the bungalow exceeded my expectations. Very clean and situated near enough to numerous activities A car is required

Good location and lovely staff, nice and roomy and comfortable mattress. WiFi was good, plenty of storage space for clothes and groceries.

Fridge door kept falling off, sulphur smell from shower drain, very thin duvet.

Excellent communication from start .very clean facilities will book again very quiet location
