Apartment 4, 1 Laura Place

Very helpful having breakfast items there for us from the host.

The property was in an excellent position with great views of the castle and having parking in the middle of a busy town is brilliant

Great location & v clean

Really nice welcome breakfast pack and the whole place was very clean and comfortable.

The hot water (kitchen & bathroom) was really far too hot, almost scalding. The electric shower water temperature was also far too hot. The temperature control seemed to make no difference - when set to cold the water was still very hot?

The apartment was ideally located close to the castle ruins and to the beach. We were close to the city center and the University. The apartment was equipped with everything that you could possibly need during your stay. Caryl left a small loaf of bread, butter, jams and milk for our arrival which was a lovely touch.

The apartment is on the top floor with sloping ceilings and exposed beams which needed avoiding, especially if you are very tall ;-)

The location was brilliant to be able to walk into town for lunch or dinner. Also centrally located to explore the local area. The apartment itself is beautifully done and had everything we needed, including fans which were very welcome in this heat!

Other than the parking spaces being a little tight (someone had to move their car for us to be able to leave) I can’t think of anything we didn’t like and the parking was not a big problem.

everything was perfect and this is not something that can be fixed but the sea gulls were so noisy on the roof and outside

Beautiful location, nice food parcel in the room, very clean. Bonus for Aberystwyth it has a parking space. Considering it is just on the edge of town it was very quiet.
