Apartment 4, 1 Laura Place

A very bright, comfortable and well equipped apartment, which was spotlessy clean. An ideal location for exploring the town on foot, and travelling further afield by car. Close to local amenities. We appreciate having a dedicated car parking spot. Clear instructions from the owner with regards to accessing to the property.

Great location, beautifully finished, very comfortable had everything we needed.

Parking space wasn’t usable due to the parking of other cars.

Incredible location and very well equipped. The parking space is a huge bonus and is one of the main reasons we chose this property. Excellent communication from Caryl throughout. I’d be happy to stay again and would 100% recommend.

The old college across the road is currently being refurbished so there is some construction noise, but this isn’t something that can be helped and will not be there forever! It didn’t impact our stay too much.

Excellent location

The apartment was extremely clean, had everything you could need (including some bread and jam for toast) and had modern appliances. The apartment was clearly recently remodeled as the shower was a brand new electric shower that was hot immediately. The windows all had black out shades, so it was very easy to have a comfortable sleep. The apartment is right next to the old campus of Aberystwyth, right on the waterfront of this small and beautiful town. Although the campus had scaffolding up for repairs, it was very quiet. Caryl was extremely responsive- all around there could not have been anything better!

I only wish the campus was open so I could have seen the old Victorian buildings. The seagulls were also a bit loud but they are like this everywhere. I will definitely be back!

Can I move in please? Exceptional apartment. Very clean and everything is thought of. Cooked an amazing steak dinner in the kitchen. Very comfortable and easy to use. Amazing views and very quiet at night. Every you need.
