Too early check out...10am 12 would of been great

The house has potential. The location was pretty good. The beds were really comfortable. The water pressure was good. There were lots of utilities to use in the kitchen. Some of the original features remain. The heating made the property warm.

The property needs an industrial clean! It lacks tlc. Most things are secondhand or a tad shabby or not a great quality. The sofa was uncomfortable and dusty. The shower has a massive leak which needs fixing. There was no terrestrial TV to watch. We couldn't find a vacuum cleaner which was a shame as we had someone asthmatic in the group. There was an unclean grill pan on the oven, an empty bottle under one of the beds and a peice of clothing on the floor, not left by us. The cleaner should have picked these things up. The drawers in the bedrooms were full of towels and bedding, I presume for future guests, a door handle was loose and the lounge curtain needed rehanging. There were no bowls or plugs for the sink, problematic when trying to wash up, as there was no dishwasher. No welcome gift was left as has been the case in other properties stayed in, in Saltaire. I think the owners need to visit or stay on occasion, rather than leave the maintenance to a property company, who are not doing a great job at all! I understand the linoleum and other choices that mean if the place gets damaged they will not be out of pocket, but people are looking at the photos and the standard of the property doesn't match the appearance of the photos. Guests need to know that, and the owners need to do something about it. This property felt like a business rather than a home.

Not so keen on the digital key access. Was hassle to give access to more than person. But once we spoke to owner it eventually got sorted.

Loved the fact there was 3 double bedrooms. We were 3 ladies of a certain age who like their comfort and privacy. Very central location. Kitchen nice and modern, everything was there. Surprised at how quickly the house warmed up, lovely and comfortable. Lovely little back yard, not that the weather allowed us to use it! Loved all the pictures around, especially the sleeping dachshunds! In fact all the furnishings were good, mirrors very high for us as none of us are above 5' 3! Luckily there is a long mirror in the main bedroom. I have the biggest bedroom, which was great,could see that the others might be a bit tight for 2 people but suited us. All in all, a lovely comfortable stay, would recommend.

The late check in/early check out cuts down on the time you can spend there, luckily we asked for an extra 30mins for check out which helped. Just feel before 10am is very early. Never used the klevio app before but can see it would be better than a key safe in that area where the houses are straight onto the street and also in a narrow road, not really a dislike, more of a difference.

the location was perfect for us we were visiting friends who live nearby
