"Not sure about this house as we got moved but I would avoid KG Shortstay if possible."

Awful experience - they changed the property the day before we got there (so wasn't even this one advertised) - this happened on another property we booked for the same period. The codes for the lock box sent were wrong and we had to phone up to get other ones to try. The new one had a bad drain smell downstairs and a part of the ceiling fell on my wifes head! Poor customer service no offer of compensation.

Kitchen was nice as well as the Living room. Bedrooms upstairs were nice.

2 of the dining chairs were damaged and screwed together, quite dangerous had we not seen them. Bathroom sink was blocked for a full day and no one was sent out.

"Would never stay in a property run by this company again! Poor customer service, unclean property."

It was spacious for our families

We waited 3hrs 30mins for the property to be ready. This meant we were out in the cold with young children waiting for the property. We were offered another property which was small for our needs and was told we had to wait for the property to be cleaned. We were offered £45 intially and was told we'd have a 2hr wait. This turned it to much longer with us having to buy food for the children and ourselves after a lengthy journey by coach from London and Bristol. This was unexpected spending and we hadn't budgeted for this. All this was explained yet they didn't seem to care. Even thy they put the 'goodwill gesture' amount to £60 which was unacceptable considering if we were late to leave the property by the 3hrs 30mins they were, we very possible would have had to pay more. Coupled with this, it meant that we couldn't carry out our plans for the evening as we had to get the kids in the property washed and off to bed as everyone was so tired from waiting around in a bus station and walking in the cold and the Reina by the time we left!
