Good location.

On arrival at the property there was a very strong odour (curry/spicy food) which was quite over powering. The house was freezing cold (I had specified an arrival time so thought this might have been put on prior due to the cold weather) and I could not find any details as to how to operate the heating either in the house or on the online guide I had been sent. I was able to sort this via WhatsApp. I am not sure if the properties have inspections or visits but for a property that had been rated 8.5 on booking.com I was definitely expecting a nicer property. The house was very sterile, the paintwork awful and the cleanliness very poor. The walls were filthy and would benefit from a coat of paint, several holes in walls, the general finishing around the property (sealant around the bath, trunking, doors not closing). The bar stool in the kitchen was so wobbly and actually sat at an angle when moved. There were several spider webs around the property and the state of the garden was notably poor (litter and clothing in the garden) could have been removed. Have emailed and Facebook messaged feedback and chased several times with no response.

The location is good. It close to town centre and super market. Have lot of beds suitable for large family.

The carpet quite dirty. Many spiders in the house. No ventilation fan in the bathroom.

The decor was very rough and the night before check out the chandelier in one of the rooms fell off.

bedroom doors has no locking facility, we had kid so even though we want but couldn’t get the privacy, no lock from inside so anyone (kids ) can come in any moment
