O apartamento foi invadido por uma gangue durante minha hospedagem, tudo gravado pelos vídeos de segurança. O proprietário se isentou da responsabilidade, se recusando a me reembolsar pela hospedagem e me ressarcir pelo furto dos meus objetos. Passei a noite com minha família em pânico, temendo uma nova invasão. Do terrível sistema de entrada no local ao fedor dos corredores, tudo foi péssimo, indicando que o apartamento está localizado em uma região decadente e perigosa.

Cuidado: NÃO SE HOSPEDE NESTE LOCAL! Entrar no prédio e no apartamento requer uma série de chaves e códigos de segurança, indicativo do risco de se estar lá. Para bandidos, no entanto, a entrada é fácil: basta romper um lacre de segurança da saída de emergência e eles estarão no corredor dos apartamentos. O apartamento foi invadido por uma gangue durante minha hospedagem, tudo gravado pelos vídeos de segurança. Mesmo assim, o proprietário não me reembolsou pela hospedagem nem pelos objetos roubados, que foram filmados durante a fuga dos bandidos. O caso foi reportado para a polícia e eu aguardo providências também do Booking para remover esse imóvel e outros do mesmo proprietário do sistema, para segurança dos usuários.

We really enjoyed the stay, really clean and spacious apartment right in the centre of town, very warm, tastefully decorated, as in the photos, and a free parking was a big bonus for us. We were sent a clear instruction beforehand for self check in. And we booked it very last minute too but check in was all very smooth and the team responded really swiftly in spite of contacting after 9pm. We asked and were allowed to check out an 1 hour later at 11am, which was a big help!

Fabulous central location, next to cathederal, easy drive to NEC. Lovely apartment with everything needed

This was a lovely property in the heart of Coventry City Centre. It was clean, comfortable, safe we wanted for nothing. This is a residential block but that caused no problems and it was quiet inside. The flat overlooks a plaza with restaurants and bars so there will be some street noise. The location was right opposite the bus station, with supermarkets and restaurants rewound the corner. We had a lovely staff and slept well.

My only complaint would be the location of the key store and the instructions on how to find them. That needs to be provided as written instructions as mobile reception in the basement is poor.

The room was well equipped and clean and there was plenty of room for three of us getting ready in large Tudor regalia. Comfortable beds/bedding too. The communication and response to messages were prompt and clear. The location to the main sights in Coventry were easily accessible by foot in all directions, the security of the building left us feeling safe too. We managed to visit the street with the Tudor buildings, transport museum, St Mary’s Guildhall, Cathedral ruins and New Cathedral, Trinity Church, Lady Godiva statue, History museum Gallery and so much more (all in one day too). Super close to Sainsbury’s too to top up on essentials.

It was noisy outside (mainly late night drinkers) but that’s expected with the location and being the weekend I suppose. Getting into the property did feel a little much but perhaps that’s because I was by myself with two children and it was dark, I was concerned having to leave them in the car whilst running to get the keys. The video was well presented.
