The location was wonderful with great views over Sefton Park being on the top floor. The living areas were specious and clean with nice details like tea, coffee, milk and decoration. Communication from the very start was excellent and they really make sure we had a seemless check-in and stay. Would stay again and can't wait to return. Also really close to lovely suburban areas with bars and restaurants.

The bathroom, especially the bathroom sink was small

The sink in the bathroom is tiny and the shelve above it make teeth cleaning a bit of a mission.

Great flat in a nice area with great views. Clean, tidy and very comfortable. Parking very convenient. Definitely recommended.

Unfortunately there was a problem checking in and the keys weren't in the keybox and we had major difficulty contacting the owner. This made the start of our trip rather stressful but booking.com managed to track the owner down and he brought us the keys personally. Nice guy, mistakes happen, but it wasn't an ideal start after a long journey travelling to Liverpool. Apart from that we had a great stay.

Location is right in Sefton park. Less than 10 mins walk to lark Lane and the Palm house. Stunning views from flat. Modern decor inside. Electric radiators were great. Free car parking. Big TV and comfy sofas. Lots of hot water and bedding was clean.

Attention to detail needed re cleaning especially cutlery, plates and kitchen surface/bathroom sink. We had to wash plates and cutlery before could use them due to food residue. I went round apartment and cleaned with wipes initially because it didn't feel clean. I've never had to do this before. Cupboards need decluttering especially main bedroom one (I had to take out a small foam mattress, sheet and hoover parts so I could put my luggage in and hang my clothes) . There's only one spotlight in bathroom, very dark in shower in the evening and difficult to do makeup etc needs light above mirror. Bathroom sink hard to access shelf above needs rethinking. Take out other people's toiletries from shower and excess coat hangers from bedrooms, need 6 coat hangers of the same type in both. Declutter bathroom shelves so there's more room to set things don't need photo frames etc . Bathroom needs a hook on the door for hanging clothes. Balcony was unusable as covered in cleaning products and seats had plastic bags over them. Flat communal parts are grim, only one lifts was working but inside flat was lovely so not an issue. All very minor details, easily fixed otherwise great apartment.
