Apartment One, The Carriage House, York

Stunning location beautiful and peaceful

Few spiders haha but you have to expect that in the countryside

The property was quirky and characteristic that made it a beautiful place to stay. There was plenty of room for all our guests (9) and the kids loved the good sized bunk beds.

Three of the bedrooms were connected which we didn't realise, but it worked out fine

The apartment was clean and really well furnished with a well stocked kitchen! Everything was exactly as per the listing description and very comfortable. The instructions for use of the facilities were detailed and helpful, all in all it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

It's a small quibble...the directions to the property should probably be summarised to "opposite number 56" (or whatever the number is)!!

6 of the beds are technically in one extended room. This needs to be taken into account if you’re going to bed at different times.
