Goring Beach Studio - 2 min walk from seafront

It was very spacious, nicely furnished, very modern had a lovely feel

Maybe where it was situated behind shops. It wasn’t a real problem this time as we only stayed a couple of days. Having said that the inside of the studio made up for that. It is probably one of the best places that we have stayed in.

This is super little apartment in a great location. Had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay and having the beach close by is fabulous. Highly recommended!

So quiet and the apartment was so clean. The owner was nice and friendly would 100% recommend you stay hear a stones through from the beach as well

Beautiful studio, clean and bright. Everything you could need provided. So close to the beach too!

Nothing - expectations met.

A fantastic studio with everything you need. The host, Dean, was great. He gave us a quick and informative introduction and there was a folder with extra information. It was great that the TV was on a special bracket so you could move it depending whether you are on the sofa or bed. The bed could be a little small for some, 140 cm, but we were fine and it was very comfortable. The studio itself is behind a small row of retails. You can park at the back in front of the studio, but there are several garages and it could be tight. We parked at the front and always had a parking space. It was very so quite.

The shower unit itself is a bit small / tight but definitely no reason to complain

The property is newly renovated, spotless, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s conveniently located within a short walk of the sea, cafés, and a supermarket.

• The bed could be larger for added comfort. • In summer, the apartment can feel a bit stuffy unless both sides are well ventilated by keeping the windows open.

🤔 Some minor issues would really make this 10/10: The equipment - we couldn't find manuals/guides so we did spend a bit too much time sorting these (connecting tv to WiFi for Netflix, washing machine door, cooker worked well but we were not familiar with electric, same with dishwasher,fridge/freezer was nice size but too cold and quite noisy during night - we didn't know how to change the temperature) Housekeeping - coffee left in container, couldn't find blue recycling bags, ran out of washing- up liquid and shower stuff
