St Ives apartment private parking with garden 10 minute walk into town and beach

Nice wee apartment and clean situated quite high up so fairly steep walk up or lots of stairs to go down front there are buses tho up till about 7 emily who I messaged with querys was really helpful and we were able to get in apartment well before 4 which was great as we had flown down from scotland and was in st ives by 2

only gripe with apartment was only one large towel each for 5 days of showers and very cheap asda towels that had obviously been washed and reused numerous times had to enquire re heating so we could use towel rail to dry them of also pretty poor quality duvet it was totally lost inside the cover

Apartment was lovely 100% would stay again. Home from home. Owner was great.

Would have liked a TV in bedroom, but that just me :)

Great location in terms of access to the town centre, which was lovely. Situation in a nice quiet area too.

Smaller than we'd expected from the photos. It was also advertised as having a terrace but this isn't connected to the apartment but directly outside another persons accommodation so we weren't able to use it.

We liked that it is in an ok location. It is a fairly steep hill down to the center of St Ives which means a steep climb back up but that was ok for us, not far though so that was good. A big thing is that it had parking which was very convenient as not many places in St Ives have parking (one of the big reasons we chose it) It was very clean and had everything you would need apart from maybe a coffee machine. I liked the decor and it was very cute, lots of nice touches. The kitchen had a full hob and oven, big fridge freezer and important for us a washing machine. The description and pictures were accurate to what you get. Communication with hosts was very good. Overall it was good. There is outside space, there is a table and chairs in a shared patio with a sea view. Didn’t use it as it was windy but would have done as the neighbours are really nice (they even rescued my washing that blew over in the wind for me).

It is very compact, which is absolutely fine for a couple of nights. The bedroom would be much better if they put a small bedside cabinet each side of the bed rather than the chest of draws one side then you could access the bed from both sides. The mattress is a little hard but we were ok with that as we are on tour and had a mattress topper. But maybe think about adding one. Big dislike is when I stripped the bed at check out the quilt had a plastic cover on it!! That is very strange. (We didn’t notice until then as we used our own bedding which has a top sheet). Just a couple of tweaks in the bedroom and the place would be perfect.

Everything is great except the heating works intermittently
