St Ives apartment private parking with garden 10 minute walk into town and beach

Modern, stylishly-furnished, immaculately clean apartment, in a quiet building. It's compact, but it's open plan and well laid out; a good size for a solo traveller or a couple. Emily was really helpful - her directions were spot on (...which was good, because my satnav tried to send me the wrong way) - and she responded promptly to my text message (SMS) when I had a query about the property. Also, she and Luka left some lovely biscuits, which was an unexpected welcome gift.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped (oven, halogen hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, steam iron) but a microwave would come in handy. (Also, mobile 'phone reception was patchy for me. But that's the fault of the networks; it's nothing to do with the hosts).

Excellent flat, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay.

I wish it was a bit nearer the town. No matter which way you go it's a hill, making it a hard walk back up.

Great location with a nice stroll to main St Ives. Sweet little flat ideal for a couple.

Would benefit from drying rack on sink and microwave.

Beautifully decorated ,quiet part of town, friendly communication, lovely view from deck. Everything you need.

Location is good. Car parking is a premium in St Ives and the walk is a good opportunity to test the legs.

A clothes dryer would have been handy but for short term stays no problems.

The decor was nice. Good location. Very clean

A small but pleasant flat quirkily furnished.

The outside space was rather drab. Older visitors or those with mobility issues need to be aware that the walk to and from the harbour is very steep, making going into St Ives a bit of a chore.

Location was good to shops & restaurants. It also had parking on site.

Very small apartment. Had a washing machine but no where to hang washing…not even portable drying rack!
