Saffron Court by Wycombe Apartments - Apt 08

The bed was comfortable. Check in was easy via the keysafe.

The communication was poor, I had tried multiple times to contact Oliver prior to our stay but he didn't reply. He said it was a fault with booking.com but I didn't have a problem with any of my other bookings. He eventually replied and told us we wouldn't be staying in the apartment and would stay in another apartment. It wasn't our chosen location but what would we do at this late stage? I had asked Oliver for 11am check out as stated at this property and he agreed however the cleaners turned up around ten and said they hadn't been told of 11am check out by Oliver. There was no hot water, thankfully the shower was electric. There was a strong smell of rotten milk from the bin, it needs bleached. There was only one toilet roll for a three night stay for 4 people.... There was no hand soap. I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

They did not pay my £100 deposit back and have not to this day with no explanation. Very poor customer contact
