Door lock difficult to use

Very comfortable and immaculate apartment all you needed was there. Fabulous view loved the swans and one little seal.

Lovely apartment, very close to shops, a beach just a short walk away

Having had an arduous six-hour journey in the heat, it was a relief to open the front door and feel so at home so fast. Lovely and spacious apartment, extremely comfortable bed. Very warm flat - even without the heating on. Very clean, and some nice touches like breakfast goodies and cooking/cleaning/loo roll sundries also provided. Perfect location; just over the bridge to town and a good base for hiking/walking. Asda round the corner if you're cooking at home. A lovely view of the mute swan colony coming and going in the dock. Quiet building, and the lift is a bonus after long days cliff walking/moving heavy luggage. Would book again.

Slightly complicated process for obtaining the keys, etc. - but once you've got in the main gate/got the doorkeys from the postbox first time round, it's actually pretty simple. Some people have complained about the door locks being temperamental, but I really didn't find them bad at all. Very minor point, but hairdryer didn't work. Nothing else was an issue however.

The apartment was excellent with a fantastic view looking out over the harbour with the seals playing over breakfast! Lots of great scenery to see within walking or short drive distance. Fantastic Fish and Chip takeaway in the town.

The apartment was in a great location - quiet but only a 10 minute walk from town - and was very well equipped. Lovely views. Had everything we needed. Good communication from owners.

Only a minor niggle but the bedroom curtains don’t block out the light fully - they weren’t quite wide enough to draw properly . This didn’t detract from a great stay however!

Bit complicated getting in and out but didn’t spoil the break.
