I Should Cocoa (York) - Seebohm

The location was a nice short walk from the city centre and had a pleasant view onto the Foss waterway.

Although the apartment was clean, smart and stylish, we didn't find it as practical as it could have been - power sockets were in use or not easy to use, the tea and coffee provided were 'speciality' tea leaves and coffee beans (a nice touch but some instant coffee and tea bags would have been useful), the dimmable downlights could not be dimmed without flickering (probably incorrect bulbs) and the bed was a standard double where there was room for a kingsize.

The stylish, comfortable and clean apartment. The historic building and location. The attentive host messages. The host's recommendations, specialist tea and coffee.

The location and parking were excellent . The apartment had everything that you need and very clean.

Unfortunately we found the sofa was far too low and I had major difficulties getting off it due to my mobility issues .

Very clean and modern

Only complaint was the hard bed

It was modern and cosy at the same time. And so quiet, loved being on the river, and having a parking space in York was a bonus. Would definitely use it again. We went to the Barbican Centre whilst there and apartment was ideally located.

Nothing to dislike

The property was very clean and has everything that we needed for a comfortable break away. The little touches like the coffee beans were very much appreciated.

There’s nothing to not like.

Fantastic location, interior was beautiful. Really lovely attention to detail and everything you could need for a holiday apartment.
