Immaculately clean From the outside we were concerned that the property was going to be small, but the tardis has nothing on this place. It was huge. Any queries were replied very quickly, and what I really thought was exceptional service was when we got a call a short time after we left, advising us we had left some luggage behind but it wasn't our luggage, just the next tenants. The chap even sent a text regarding the same. That's what I call above and beyond!!

If i had anything that could have been useful was a welcome "booklet" explaining how the lights worked in the lounge; although we didn't need the heating on, and explanation of how to use it, within the folder would be nice. In the folder could have been where to find local takeaways, food shops, etc. I'm really scraping the barrel with these. It's just my old hat of being a Hotel General Manager reappearing on my head.
