"Run down and very poorly maintained"

Convenient for work

Everything it was on a busy road with single glassing the parking was “on site” instead had to park on the path outside the property when you picture show allocated parking not worth the money. Linoleum was damaged and dirty.if coming to the town look at the Mondo hotel £80 cheaper and cleaner (still rooms are tiered but comfortable)

"acceptable stay, apart from the shower which surely should have been fixed given the previous complaint"

lounge and kitchen were fine. location ok, owner very helpful

shower totally unusable ( noticed that this was reported in a review from august 25 ). Bed was fine, but a bit small for me. flat was cold due to draughty windows, had to keep the heating on all of the time
