Clean and tidy, had everything you need for a short stay. So close to the place we were visiting. Laura was great with messaging back and we were ok on staying bit longer on the day of check out which I really appreciated.

Perfect cozy studio a mere 15 mins walk from the centre of Leamington Spa. Comfortable, modern kitchen and bathroom, and very good heating in February! I'd definitely go again.
