Location was good.

1 key fob for 19 people was unrealistic! Poorly managed by a door man who when needed assistance to get was not available. Poorly cleaned. Very sticky floors. Not enough glasses or mugs.

This apartment was good for bigger groups of people, a lot of stuff to use and a good soundbar

Was abit unexpected when we seen there was only 2 double bunk beds for 12 of us, could of been more beds or put us in a bigger room as there was a few of us, there was rubbish down the side of the beds and the beds feel like they haven’t been washed.

There wasn’t much to like inside the building. The outside was the best bit

Dirty apartment, crisps, sweets, baguettes, empty crisp packets and cans down the side of the beds, under the sofa bed, behind the seating area. Rubbish underneath the beds, floor filthy that if you walked across it with your bare feet they were black with the dirt, Mouse droppings on the bed sheets. A shower that had virtual pressure making it impossible to wash your hair properly, water from shower either scolding hot or freezing cold. Broken sofa bed, smashed mirror in bedroom, broken hob, stains on carpet and walls, no windows to open and apartment gets stuffy, fan not working, not enough cups, glasses plates, cooking equipment in the apartment, staff extremely rude and didn’t care. Took £200 from our deposit money when the item was hob was already broken.
