Clean and comfortable

Had not expected a flat advertised as 'ground floor' to have 5 steps up to one entrance door and 13 (many without a handrail) up to the other entrance. Lavatory and wash basin in too restricted space for people with even minor mobility issues. Also not being able to move the bed away from the wall created problems with straightening the undersheet and getting in and out of bed. Not obvious initially how to switch on the heating - no instructions. No extractor fan over the cooking facilities in the bedroom.

Very good location just outside the center so a short walk into town but this was acceptable.

The only problem we found was the steps which you can't do anything about the only reason I raised this is my wife is a wheelchair user so I had to carry the wheelchair up and down however we managed.

Comfortable bed Self catering facilities - fridge, pans, crockery, utensils etc. Dining table and chairs. Good location

We had 2 odd glasses; a wine glass and a small tumbler. A couple of medium sized tumblers would suit most drinks and be a better option.

The size of alternative room due to cleaners error. Dharini giving me a partial refund due to mix up over accomodation

Not being able to get in as Cleaner had given our room to other people by mistake, navigating steps to our alternative accomodation, Not having the sea view I'd booked the groundfloor accomodation for.
