Luxury 3 bedroom Apartment near Bournemouth Beach & Poole

Property was lovely and very close to the beach

Absolutely beautiful apartments, spotlessly clean, comfy beds. Plenty of hot water. Everything you could possibly need including a dishwasher and washer. Short walk to the beach. Directions to the apartment were spot on. Communication with the owners was also first class.

The location was good for us and it is a 10 minute walk down a hill to the beach or 15 minutes to the shops etc. We wanted 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and we got it. It was relatively clean. Towels were supplied and beds were ok for comfort. Kitchen appliances mostly worked.

We could not get the keys until the dot of 4pm even though re arrived at 330pm. No flexibility. Only one set of keys given. No toiletries other than handwash. No welcome pack or welcome gift as we would have expected for a premium property. Actually, only time we have never had a welcome pack/gift anywhere. No email or call to check all was ok for us . Kitchen table on wheels is a safety hazard and was damaged. Broken toaster handle- a new toaster is required rather than the bodged repair which has been done. Carpets rather stained and woodwork dusty.

The location of the apartment is great - a short walk to the beach and in a quiet location. The facilities were great - 2 spacious, en-suite bedrooms and 1 bedroom with separate bathroom. Comfortable beds. Lounge/kitchen/dining space - well equipped. Good soundproofing and nice furnishings. Parking for 1 car is available in front of the property. Great communication with host.

The sofa could be more comfortable, otherwise nothing.

Everything was very clean and tidy.

There weren't enough mugs and wine glasses for us all. There was 6 of us and only 5 of each.
