Amazing property! Great location for everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were brilliant in every way and couldn’t do enough to make us welcome. Thank you

Was very warm in the property, even with both fans running and windows open (windows didn’t open very wide). Also, maybe some washing up liquid and tea towel could be available. We only stayed for 1 night but used glasses and cups but had nothing to wash and dry them with. Other than that, we were very happy with the property.

Great for money clean and staff readily available if needed

The room was lovely, clean & spacious for a group of girls. We found the beds comfortable & the facilities great :)

When arriving to the apartment I had missed the email stating how to get in and the 300 pound deposit which was my fault, although we was not aware of the 300 pound deposit when booking & this was sent after. As a group of young girls we may not have booked this if we knew. When calling the contact number about getting in the apartment, the woman on the phone was rude and not professional. This made getting in to the apartment stressful.

Easy to find, nice bedroom layout perfect for groups

The £300 cash deposit having to carry money on my person. Could not have taken card details and held payment?
