Tom Thumb Apartments

I loved the beds super comfy very spacious. I came here for my 21st was lovely! staff were very friendly. price was amazing! especially as it holds 8 people so you all split it. very good facilities. shower was perfect kitchen was nice.

the stairs were a lot of effort with all you bags and suitcases but overall not a lot I can fault the place on jade my 21st rememberable.

Location, cleanliness, got deposit back

Could do with another toilet, feel like kitchen space could be changed into another bathroom as 8 girls getting ready took a while.

Perfect location And Ideal for a group appartment accommodation. Upon checkout we had an inspection of room and received deposit back straight away.

Nothing And also they charge for £300 only in cash for the deposit

Shower doesn't work well, and heating system doesn't work well aswell

love the beds and that we could all have a big sleepover in one room together. great location and easy to find. everyone was friendly. can’t wait to go back

nothing bad I could say about it. steps were a lot after a night out, and one mirror between 8 girls was a struggle but these are minor things.

Room was spacious, clean, beds comfy, great location. Staff friendly and polite.

Could do with some hooks to hang towels.

On check in the girl made it very clear to me any damages would be taken from deposits ect, i said has the room been checked over before we arrive? "yes" when we arrived at the room there was rubbish still left in the bathroom cabinet (eyelash packet ect). Thought to ourselves ok, not major as we were just staying there as a base for our night anyway. When we arrived back at the apartment to go to sleep later that night, obviously we tried to shut the blinds to avoid being woken by daylight early hours or even for abit of privacy as its a very big window easily looked into from apartments across the road, THEN (after the rules about noise and partying being repeatedly mentioned to me at check in) the apartment above us were stomping around, shouting, clearly having a massive party till gone 5am in the morning. So the 7 of us didn't get any sleep til gone 6am bearing in mind we had been ib bed from 12am. When i reported to owners they said "oh yes the guests before you broke the blinds" but i was never made aware of this? Even though id asked at check in and was told everything was ok. We should have been made aware, as it was actually quite a big deal for privacy reasons and sleep. And for the noise we got "ill have a word" but didnt seem bothered tbh, we should have definitely received some money off our apartment for the blinds alone. A few of the girls complained about the bedding smelling sweaty /unwashed also, but id probably avoid staying here unless you dont like sleep or hygiene.
