Welcoming Haven Just Minutes from the City Centre

Exceptionally clean and very well appointed.this was a lovely apartment to stay in

Bed mattress was softer than id like. The key safe was a bit tricky to operate. We did not know about no lift and were on the 2nd floor, my partner has difficulty with stairs!!

I recieved a text message with all codes needes for the gates and key safe.

Bathroom could do with updating. Howevee, it was perfect for our needs.

Clean tidy easy to get to and affordable.

Couldn’t always get parking or it was very tight

It is a very quiet place and that is what we wanted as it was a funeral weekend for us. A place to make us relaxed after a hectic episode. I definitely will recommend Spiriview to anyone who wants a new fresh home from their own. Eva was so nice and communicated with us all throughout. At some point, we didn't have hot water, and when i sent her a message, she responded straight away. She even increased our checking out time to 12.00 pm. if we were not ready on time.

They have everything except an iron, not sure if it's only our flat, but at least there should be iron as I couldn't wear my clothes that needed ironing.

Secure with gated access to carpark, exceptionally quiet surrounding, including neighbours. Host was 5* went above and beyond with lovely touches such as essentials in such as oil, herbs, spices, squash, fresh milk, fizzy water, crisps, biscuits, tea, coffee, Shampoo, conditioner & shower gel in the bathroom etc. bedding and towels smelt super fresh and clean. Host was amazing and offered us late checkout at no extra cost, which worked perfectly for us as a family as we were able to get our little one a morning nap before departing. We used the apartment as somewhere to stay as we were visiting Peppa Pig World. Thank you for our lovely stay, we’ll definitely be back again!

The apartment is small but very clean and well equipped; with aircon units in each room, portable heaters, a highchair, iron, and hairdryers. The kitchen has lots of basic supplies such as oil, herbs, spices, fresh milk, tea & coffee, squash, and there was a really thoughtful welcome basket of packets of crisps and biscuits.

Parking is not guaranteed, even with the permit, and so on road parking was necessary even for the primary car. Despite the apartment being clean and well equipped, it is beginning to look and feel a bit tatty, with marked/damaged paintwork and some tatty furniture. The bathroom a very tired, with areas of paint peeling off the walls, and holes where fittings used to be. It is only cosmetic, but it's not the same standard that's been set with the rest of the facilities.

Spotlessly clean and well equipped little flat perfect for a short stay for the three of us.

Not really the property. What a shame that the leaseholders don’t maintain the outdoor space.
