Luxe Design - Chic Cottage - Heart of Rothbury

We really enjoyed our stay in your property in Rothbury, the flat was in a really good location, was very clean and well equipped..

We took a 91 year old relative away for a few days and I chose the property because it was described as an apartment. I therefore thought that all of the accomodation would be on one level, so access to the toilet and bedroom would be easy for him but there is no mention of stairs or photographs of the stairs in your write up. Thankfully although our relative has limited mobility, he could get up the stairs, but we could have had a very difficult situation and perhaps other people booking this property would find it helpful for you to be more explicit about the stairs. Also a teapot would be a great addition.

The property was in a very accessible location and was beautifully decorated. It was light, airy, fresh and clean. Communication with the hosts went well, they seemed keen to ensure we had a very good stay. I would use the property again and recommend to friends and family.

I was a little disappointed that neither of the beds were king size but they were very comfortable.

Decor was good, all the little extras ie tea, coffee and shampoo etc that were included

We arrived late and couldn't see the numbers on the key lock box, but easily solved using torch on phone

Just loved the location of the property as it was in the centre of Rothbury, a lovely Town with lots of independent shops. Location was also great to visit other places in Northumberland. The apartment was very cosy, clean, well equipped and spacious. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

There was nothing to dislike.
