Very nice, tidy property, Excellent location.

It was a nice unit, well located with two nice bathrooms, two bedrooms and a full kitchen. A good choice for two couples or a small family.

the host asked me very detailed documentation, including ID and passport, which i find very strange.

It was a great place to stay in. It has everything you want and need. Good sized, clean, tidy and most importantly ease of check in. To check in all you need is a code to the apartment door and that eliminates the hassle of meeting someone or picking the keys from some other location.

I liked the whole apartment as it was clean and decent.

In one of the bedroom there’s were 2 single beds which were attached and it was moving apart while we were sleeping. Otherwise everything was good.

all communication and instructions were perfect and clear. The door code instructions were easy to use. the communication with the host was really good and quick. The apartment was finished to a high standard and very recent, the two bathrooms perfect for family. and the overall finish was really 5* standard, the bonus of free parking in Edinburgh a massive plus The location was only a 5 min walk from the new shopping center at the end of Princes street and 100 yds from main road that has plenty of restaurants. The property overlooks a garden area and very quiet. A coop store is located 200 mtrs away. I honestly could not fault this place and would look to use again. This is an easy recommendation to make, perfect

Lovely apartment finished to a high standard. Clean and comfortable with off road private parking which was a great bonus. Comfortable beds and luxury bathroom

The apartment would benefit from curtains in both bedrooms and a blind at the window in the bathroom. Curtains would help to minimise outside noise. In the master bedroom you could hear the wind . Not sure if the window was sealed properly.
