"Central to explore Cornwall. Spacious, everything you need."

Check Larth is spacious and clean, it has a beautiful garden. The unit is private. Sue is helpful and friendly.

Nothing I didnt like. You can walk into town to restaurants and pub but it is about 15 minutes. Best to have a car

"Gorgeous Garden House"

Sue kitted it out perfectly. The garden house is comfortable and the garden is lovely. Although we were close to the house it was very private. Sue was a mine of useful information about local facilities, beaches and attractions. Penzance is a great location for exploring the tip of Cornwall and the bus service is handy. The resident cats are very sweet

Perhaps more surfaces to put things like make up, items on in the bedroom and bathroom would have added something but not a massive issue.

A delightful property with absolutely everything you could possible need - including a food hamper. The host, Sue, was extremely helpful with car parking arrangements. The garden with lots of comfy furniture was a massive bonus. Incredibly relaxing and within easy reach of the promenade and main shopping area. 10 minutes walk.

"Lovely cottage"

A beautiful cottage with everything you need for a lovely holiday. It was spotlessly clean and everything of high quality. Sue was a friendly host, and it was good to have someone on hand . I would definitely recommend this cottage to others and are planning on staying again next year. It's such a great location for exploring Cornwall

The property was great for holiday accommodation. The hosts were friendly and helpful, we had a wifi problem and they have responded to solve it straight away.

There was a small smell coming from the chemical cupboard.

Great location. Everything you need is within walking distance. All bigger ‘attractions’ within a quick drive. Sue is a great host. Great attention to detail and thought of all necessary amities.
