The property was clean, bright, and airy, with a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel just like home. Very accommodating and comfortable!

There was nothing I didn't like; it was a great stay overall. Just a small note: the driveway has a drop curb, and my car's low bumper scraped a few times when I was leaving.

The host is lovely and showed me around the place so I knew where everything was. Having an iron was super handy, as I was travelling for work. The bed is extremely comfortable and there's plenty of space in the main living area. It's in a super convenient location, with a 10 minute walk into town and a short drive to where I had to work. It was lovely sitting outside in the evening sun and very peaceful. I will definitely be back!

Lovely garden outlook and being able to sit in garden, comfortable bed and living area and Sue was friendly and helpful with advice for places to visit also supplying bread and milk etc. I think it is highly likely we will return.

The property was lovely, clean, spacious and I liked the garden aspect. Sue was very helpful and welcoming. 10 minute walk from the middle of town. I would definitely like to stay again.

The property is beautiful and spotlessly clean. We stayed two nights of a short break and it exceeded our expectations. It has an open living space with everything you could ask for especially if wanted self-catering including a washing machine and dishwasher, although we didn’t need either. A large double bedroom that was on-suite with large bathroom. There was a welcome pack of milk and bread and complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, jams and biscuits which is a very nice touch. It is located in a quiet residential area with driveway parking and a short walk into the centre of Penzance. The railway station is about a 15-20mins walk and local buses run all the time. Sue and her partner are very pleasant and Sue kindly talk through areas of interest with us. Lots of local restaurants and pubs within walking g distance. I would highly recommend the property for a short break or longer if you are travelling from afar. Thank you Sue for your hospitality.

Lovely cottage behind the main house in a quiet street about 15 mins walk from the centre. Sue is lovely and caring. You an find everything in the house what you need :) Beautiful garden if you fancy to stay at home or eat outside.

Option of parking outside the property. Lovely outlook and access onto the garden. Large enough to enjoy an evening in.
