We weren't able to access the property, no key code was sent?? No response either by phone or email, no response from booking. Com either Paid in full and still trying to get our money back. We had to find alternative accommodation, absolutely shocking.

Great location and great value for money

Some small things I’ve noticed over the years that could be fixed. Fridge freezer needs fixed , some cosmetic work needs done. And a cover over the velux in bedroom as the light early in the morning is annoying.

Modern & clean

We had an excellent stay here ,location amazing, it was spotless and beautiful inside amazing views. .We had to disturb the host at 2 o'clock in the morning as me and my friend and I were trying the front door lock and couldn't get it ,do my hubby phoned and then tried again with him and ypu have to press really firmly on buttons We thought we where as instructions say to press firmly but the hubby literally banged each button and we got in so sorry to ne wakening the host at that hour of the morning. But we would difinetly stay again !!!

I liked the place as it is very accessible to the train station.

Not the property but those who handles the booking. I booked an overnight stay through booking.com but later on received a message from them saying that there’s a DEPOSIT of £200 that needs settling before they give the check in instructions hence they didn’t provide any bank details or what not. I messaged them repeatedly but NO REPLY AT ALL. On the day of the check in, I was messaging them regarding the instructions and deposit because WE WERE ON OUR WAY but terrible people very inconsiderate they didn’t even bother reply!

Location! Perfect for being with children to be able to access the beach, Currys fun park and the arcades! The apartment is easily accessed, has everything you need for a comfy few days stay!

Trying to get enough hot water for us as a family of 5 was a bit difficult... But that's manageable! Would probably benefit from a full size fridge/freezer. The skylight in the rooms is slightly annoying for this time of year, but again, not enough to be off-putting!
