The kitchen and living room were nice. But a coffee table is needed.

Directions to find the place were inaccurate (the door is NOT lavender as described in check-in info--photo attached--which makes me think the owners don't pay much attention or haven't been there in awhile--unless someone else randomly painted the door green 🙄) and there are no house numbers, so arriving in the dark trying to locate the place was a little annoying. Apt was on 2nd floor--didn't recall that being mentioned. I generally avoid places with stairs and no lifts. Mattress in bedroom near kitchen is very squishy/needs replaced. Weird hot water availability -- couldn't read the info on the "boost" switch which was under the shelf crammed next to the washer, so just guessed and pushed it until 3 lights came on so that there was hopefully hot water for the shower-- that worked but again, better descriptions would be more helpful. Heating was not adjustable (on allocation-that was not explained, other than apparently you have no way to adjust it yourself) and the only radiator in the place that seemed to be heating, randomly at random times, was in the hallway--waste of energy to heat the hallway vs any of the bedrooms or the kitchen/LR area where people actually hang out. Had the hot water and heating been mentioned ahead of time, I'd have picked a different location. But they weren't, and this was a rare nonrefundable accommodation, even though I booked 10 mos in advance. And had the location been obvious and labeled for finding in the dark, that would have been helpful, too. It would also be a really good idea add a non-slip rubber mat for the bathtub. In general, this is why I stay in hotels-- I don't like surprises or poor directions for access, which is why I say the property met my expectations--good kitchen, location good for my travels, but typical "AirBnB" stuff.

Facilities excellent, well equipped kitchen. Great location. WiFi good and entry instructions easy to follow.

The mattresses in both bedrooms need to be replaced. They are very uncomfortable, resulting in a poor nights sleep. There is no slip mat for the shower. Another soft chair for the living space required for everyone to get a comfortable seat.

4 of us stayed for a girlie weekend.. absolutely beautiful accomodation, wish we had been there for longer than a night! Location excellent... couldn't fault the place.

Good place to stay, very clean. Mattresses are quite uncomfortable so I don't recommend fpr more than 1, 2 nights top. All good beside that.
